I LOVE BEER but my Celiac disease would not
allow me to drink regular beer. I missed the beer
taste because any of the IPA or crafted to remove
gluten beers available on the market would not
taste like real beer.
During my family vacation trip to Poland my
close friend introduced me to this beer
and I was in LOVE.
This is how the idea was born to help everyone
